With near equal parts assam, oriental spice, and coconut, this is a first attempt to reproduce a flavor similar to that of thai tea. FYI, I normally drink chais quite sweet and at least sometimes with milk, so you may want to try this that way, too, and personally, I normally steep at 212 for 5 minutes since I like strong tea.
