Mostly white peach, with some passionfruit and a hint of lemongrass, this is a sweet tea that is delicate, but packs a lot of flavor. Some orange peels for accent add a fiery, explosive appearance to this gentle, but flavorful tea. I prefer mine brewed at 180 degrees F for 5 minutes.

Moderate caffeine | Steep at 195° for 3 mins

I wanted to make a tea that captured just how sweet and kind Gon is, and one that also payed homage to his home of Whale Island. Starting with white peach as a base, it may be a little delicate for a dynamic character like Gon, but what it lacks in punch it makes up for in its comforting and uplifting taste.
