I thought of this blend while drinking the last of my rooibos. I remembered a box of chocolate my father had bought me for Valentine's Day when I was sick in the hospital ten years ago. My favorites were cherry flavored and the red color of the rooibos looked just like the inside of those chocolates. Here's to you Dad.
