My amazing wife is, unfortunately, one of the many people with CMT. Not many know about it and yet September is considered CMT month. To raise awareness, I made this tea in her honor. Every day, she wakes up, puts on leg braces so she can walk, and carefully takes each step. This disorder causes issues with the nerves and muscles. For example, she cannot feel her legs from the knee down. She will also sometimes get tingling in her hands or they will cramp up. She faces an impossible challenge every day and she is one of my biggest inspirations. I love her and I will do anything to support her. Even when she falls or trips, I always admire her, knowing that if I was in her place, I would not make it. So, this tea is made in honor of one of the bravest women, and one of the bravest set of people I have ever met. This is for you, people with CMT. You are not alone!
