EDIT, 2/15/2013: I re-did the blend entirely. Took out Caramel and Chocolate Chip Teas...and it is now... 50% Chestnut [which I found has that cookie flavor I want!], 30% cinnamon [It has to have cinnamon, I feel, to be a chocolate chip cookie!], and I kept Honeybush Hazelnut [for the sweetness and nuttyness]...but bumped it down to 20%. The Accents, instead of 2 cinnamon...it is now cocoa nibs and chocolate chips! [Though I may just make it cocoa nibs...as that gives a better chocolate flavor...but...How could it be chocolate chip cookie without chocolate chips?]
