The chief, the leader, the ENTJ. The ENTJ is one who bases judgement on logic. They control the setting around them and organize systems to reach their goals. These people are assertive and straightforward. They look at facts with logic and rarely show signs of weakness. They are clear in their point of view and can be very persuasive to others. They can also seem intimidating to some because they are very clear and never 'sugar coat' information. They strive for everything around them to be clear and to the point. However, at times they may not give others the credit they deserve.
