mad tea party

created by: Jaclyn Smith
This tea represents the Tea Party during the Unbirthday Party in Alice in Wonderland (Disney 1951 version). During the scene the Mad Hatter takes the White Rabbit's watch and 'fixes it' by adding butter, jam, honey, lemon, tea, and sugar. This tea has my favorite 'base tea' of Honeybush Vanilla to represent the tea party itself (as well as a hint of vanilla and honey). On top of that it has lemongrass to represent the lemon, and forest berries to represent the jam. To go for the full experience, make sure you add sugar, butter, and two spoons!

ingredients & lore

blended with honeybush tea, lemon grass, black tea, natural vanilla flavor, natural forest berries flavor, raspberry leaves, raspberries, strawberries

teas: lemon grass, honeybush vanilla, forest berries

I was watching Alice in Wonderland and needed to capture that moment of the movie. I've always wondered what that pocket watch would taste like, so now we can find out. Enjoy, and stay madly curious. -I am in no way affiliated with Disney or any other group similar and/or dealing with Alice in Wonderland-

In Taiwan, this tea is extremely valued and celebrated for its aroma - as one tea master said, if theres no fragrance, its not worth the effort! Our Masters Pouchong starts with a deep, inviting sugary-floral nose. The bright, pale golden-green liquor has a soft, melting butter texture, uplifting floral notes and mild, succulent flavo... read more...
