Part of my mytholotea series. Gaia, also spelled Gaea, is the goddess or personification of Earth in Greek mythology. She is the mother of all the gods, as well as the Titans and the Giants, who were born from her union with Uranus (the sky). The oceanic gods were born from her union with Pontus (the sea). This tea seeks to capture Gaia's earthy flavors. Suggested brewing instructions: 190° for 3 mins.
