Bookers tea is inspired by a classic coffee drink of the French as tea was a pricey and out-of-reach commodity for him. NOTE: Find a steeping temp and timing that is right for you. Hotter and shorter times will increase the taste of the mambo and cream teas, but longer and not-as-hot steeps will highlight the Mate which has a more coffee taste.
