During the Victorian times, I imagine people sitting down on Sunday afternoon to read Shakespeare, along wiht a cup of tea and a few shortbread cookies beside them. With that in mind, we took the flavors of those cookies(vanilla, almond, and lemon) and put them in a delightful rooibos tea!
