It's good hot or cold (cold brings out the mint in the Roiibos Cocomint a little more), and with or without cream. You'll want to sugar it up, 'cause it's got a friendly little bite. (Go ahead, spike it -- I won't tell!)

My inspiration for this blend is a morning like March 18th, the day *after* St Patty's Day, when it's completely possible to wake up with a snarky little leprechaun doing a jig on your head. Those are the times you want something soothing, and comforting, and a little snappy but not actively rowdy: enter my tasty, refreshing Who's Your Paddy? blend
