Hey! The website says I can throw the mango green iced tea pouch into water and put it in the fridge overnight, but the package says I need to steep in hot water for three minutes. Which is accurate? Thanks!

How many grams of tea are in a pouch? Would like to compare what's more cost effective - buying the loose tea and using the recommended amount of tablespoons, or using the pouches. Thanks!
