Lance is a native of Chicago and has had a lifelong affair with the city. He has always been a tea lover, as well as a coffee afficionado, and now his favorite Folgers has been displaced by our own Blood Orange herbal tea! Besides baseball and all things Fleetwood Mac, Lance's not-so-secret (anymore) passion is professional wrestling and writing about any and all bizarre pop culture happenings.
Artemis - Tea Consultant
Artemis is a writer, teaholic and a self-identified nerd. She has a twin sister with the same name (but in a different language). She enjoys blending teas, Broadway musicals, any Shonda Rhimes show.
Kelsey F - Tea Consultant
Kelsey moved to Chicago after falling in love with improv, and once she got here she fell in love with tea, too! She also works as a graphic designer, and spends her spare time reading and wandering around the city. She particularly loves trying tea the way it's served in other cultures. (Current goal: Russian-style samovar tea!)
Miranda R - Tea Consultant
Miranda was born with Chicago in her blood and has lived here all her life. She is studying to become a middle school math teacher at UIC. As a commuter, tea gets her through the day. On the long ones she leaves the house with a hot wake-up tea and a sweet iced tea tucked away for later. She loves trying new blends but goes right to a green with honey whenever she feels a tickle in her throat. Not one to idle for very long, she keeps busy crocheting, reading, and playing with one of the three cats in her house (Gypsy, Rose, and Mary Jane aka Whippersnapper).
Paulette M - Tea Consultant
Paulette is originally from Mexico and moved to Chicago when she was in middle school. She is a student at Loyola studying Psychology. She enjoys painting and reading. Paulette started drinking tea to cope with the harsh, cold, never-ending winters. She prefers green teas especially Gyokuro, Vanilla Green, and Sleeping Dragon.
Zuri - Tea Consultant
Zuri is passionate about health and wellness and finding holistic approaches to healing the mind, body, and soul. When not practicing yoga, Zuri's journaling and researching nutrition programs to further an education. Zuri is excited to incorporate the wonderful world of tea into a learning experiences.
