Parks and Recreation features a cast of heartwarmingly silly characters, all involved in the parks department of a fictional smallish town called Pawnee, Indiana. Headlined by Leslie Knope, everyone's favorite politically-creative heroine, the show began a little slowly and then gradually become a fan favorite, with many a cult reference to be found amongst its satirical episodes. Said references -- or 'phraseology' -- are the inspiration behind this particular fandom.
