This tea was made by the image of Jung-chung, which is one of the main characters from korean noir film Sinsegye(New world). In this movie, Jung-chung's nationality is overseas chinese, and he's quiet a smoker. So, that reminded me one chinese tea with smoky scent, lapsang souchong. And I added assam because that malty, strong flavor stands for his strong, bold character. Also, I slightly added tea named 'Tiger eye' from adagio, because sometimes his bright yellow-ish brown eyes seems like the eyes of tiger to me. Moreover, sweet caramel flavor of this tea will show comical, generous part of his personality. In the end, the name 'chung' means color blue in chinese. That's the reason why I put some cornflowers for decoration.

High caffeine | Steep at 212° for 3 mins
