To mimic the flavors of one of my favorite cups of coffee, I have combined chocolate, coconut and vanilla teas with inclusions of coconut, chocolate chips and cocoa nibs. While the original mocha uses white chocolate, I think the flavor profile will be similar enough for a fantastic cup of tea.

Here in Wichita, KS there is a little shop that makes a cup of coffee called a Mexican Wedding Cake Mocha. It is a combination of white chocolate, coconut and vanilla with espresso and topped with whipped cream. I wanted to mimic the same flavor profile in a great cup of tea.
