This is a dark tea, just like the ultra mafic extrusive komatiites that formed 2.8-3.3 billion years ago. The Earth isn't hot enough to produce these fascinating stones anymore, but it can produce tea inspired by them. This has puerh dante, assam medley, and oriental spice.

I photographed a thin section of a komatiite (yep, a 3 billion year old rock for the tea box!), displaying its signature spinifex texture.
