We start with a gingerbread tea crust followed by a cream tea and vanilla chai tea to recreate the filling of a cheesecake. Next we add semi-sweet vanilla chocolate chips and cocoa nibs to round out a tea inspired by John Barrowman. He IS like cheesecake...a little bit of him is never enough.

This tea was inspired by a picture of a red velvet cheesecake I came across one day while scrolling through facebook. It made me think of my OTP, the 10th Doctor and Jack Harkness and the lovely men who portray them. After creating the Red Velvet Mancake Tea, I just knew that I also needed to create a blend for Mr Cheesecake - John Barrowman!
