Lionel Fusco enjoys food, from sweet pastries to falafel. Since falafel tea didn't really appeal to me, I went the other direction. His tea is a blend of Cream, Honeybush Vanilla, and a little bit of Mocha Nut Mate (he's a cop - he drinks a lot of coffee...) with an accent of chocolate chips, and should be appropriately 'foody'.
