This tea is exactly like Stephen himself- the Irish breakfast, with its steadfastness and reliability counters the Blood Orange of Spain, wild and hot blooded. Both of which are brought together by the Brazilian spiced mate, which tempers and blends these unique flavors to a mellow but exciting blend, with a hidden 'kick' of spices that no one was expecting! And last but not least, a soft mellow accent of aniseed to inspire adventure.

This tea is inspired by the Dr. Stephen Maturin of the Aubrey- Maturin series which I so love. Dr. Stephen is half Irish, half Catalan, and loves adventure.
