We're all familiar with the story of Red Riding Hood; the girl with the red cloak who took off through the woods alone to bring sweets to her ailing grandmother. Like most folks in a fairy tale, she didn't follow directions. Not only did she talk to a stranger (and told him exactly where she was going...), but she also took their advice and left the path to gather flowers. (Granted, it was a nice gesture, but when a wolf says 'hey, stray from the path like you were told not to', you probably shouldn't do it) - and we know about the rest of it. Red Riding Hood, severely lacking in mental faculties and prescription eyewear, mistook the wolf for her grandmother, and was promptly eaten. Thankfully, the woodcutter did save the day - perhaps Red Riding Hood and her grandmother invited him to tea, and to share in the goodies!
