Anything goes in Honiton, an English bobbin lace that has been evolving for centuries. If your butterfly is as large as your rooster, you can risk the love-it-or-hate-it anise flavor in your tea. Note, in some batches, Adagio is very generous with the aniseed, but if you remove some of the seeds before brewing, the flavor settles down.
