Christmas Eve is the longest night of the year for Mrs. Claus. To help while away the hours between Mr. Claus departure and return she whips out her knitting and puts the kettle to boil with her favorite sweet tea. Chocolate, vanilla, and peppermint are a comforting complement to a roaring fire and plate of Christmas cookies.
Note: I have added chocolate chip and cocoa nibs inclusions at the request of one of my tea friends. If that person likes it and I like it, I will most likely keep the change.
