As a last year's participant I must share my wisdom: you can get a team with fun people (you have to work with them for several days and you can't kill them in the process), but have in mind that being in a team full of strangers can be surprisingly awesome too (if it's not, you can't kill them either). But the most important part is to act like crazy and have lots of fun. Oh well, the prize is freaking amazing, so it'll be a blood bath.
