Old or Wrong Address Selected for Delivery
Remove Old or Wrong Address from Your Account
We regret that your recent shipment was dispatched not as intended, but assure you that we played no part in the error. Our order-processing is completely automated, with no person on our team entering or managing your address details. The address that you see on the order confirmation page is the one that appears on the shipping label.

To avoid the error of unintentionally selecting an old address, we strongly recommend removing these from your address book in your Account.

We'll gladly invite you to re-address the order should the package be returned to us. If this happens, keep an eye out for an email from us called, 'order returned, update address?'.

Package In Transit: Domestic Economy or International
Unfortunately, Domestic Economy and International orders do not allow us to update an address of a package that is in transit. The only options available are to await its return and have the order reshipped, or to place a corrected order now, and we'll gladly credit you for the original once the previous shipment is returned to us.

Package In Transit: UPS or FedEx Selected
If you shipped with UPS or FedEx Ground, Second Day, or Next Day: UPS offers My Choice Deliveries, and FedEx Ground offers a Delivery Manager service that attempts to locate and re-route packages in transit. The additional fees associated with this service (currently about $20 may be paid with a credit card on their website.

Package In Transit: USPS Selected
We invite you to use its intercept service that attempts to locate and re-route packages in transit. The additional fees associated with this service may be paid with a credit card. To begin, please look for a list of 'available actions' at the bottom of your USPS tracking page.

Package Delivered to Old or Wrong Address
Here are our options: We could initiate a package pick-up and re-delivery with the carrier. This service starts at about $20, and we'll need to charge a valid card on file. This option is only available for Ground, Second Day, or Next Day packages. Email us to initiate this process.

Alternatively, you could place an order to the correct address, and should the original return to us, we'll be happy to offer you a full refund of the order.

Finally, should you have any means of contacting the recipient at your former/old address, we recommend you do so, and ask them to refuse delivery and have the order returned to sender. Once it is returned, you'll be notified via email and given the options to update the address and re-deliver or cancel the order for a refund.
What is Auto Delivery?
Our Auto Delivery program allows you to enjoy the teas you love at regular intervals without having to visit our website.

Save up to 15% on each Item!
You'll save 5% with your first order and see savings grow with each subsequent shipment at 1% each time, up to a total of 15% on all items selected.

This discount is designed to help save on tea you keep stocked in your pantry. Removing items from your Auto Delivery will reset the discount to 5%. To avoid this, we recommend pausing your Auto Deliveries and placing a regular order. You'll still receive the discount associated with the teas selected for your next Auto Delivery. When you're ready to resume regular shipments, your discount will continue to grow.

Placing a Regular Order
Placing a regular order does NOT affect the schedule of your Auto Delivery shipments.

Requested Item Out of Stock
Sometimes an item requested is out of stock, for this we apologize- we're working on getting it back as soon as possible! We will alert you at least three days before your processes if you've requested an out of stock item so you may make any necessary changes.

Shipping Details
Auto Delivery follows our normal shipping policies. See our Shipping Page for more details.

We only ship Auto Delivery orders with our Economy service. Ground, Second Day, or Next Day are not available with this service. The only exceptions are PO/APO boxes (USPS) or International Orders (FedEx Cross Border).

Four Failed Attempts to Process Your Order
Auto Delivery will be automatically turned off in your Account after 4 unsuccessful attempts to process the order. When an attempt is unsuccessful, we email you to let you know that your settings may require attention, and try again in three days.

Four failed processing attempts will result in the loss of the Auto Delivery discount, resetting all items back to 5% off.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Economy
With this service the carrier brings your order to the local post office, and your mail carrier delivers it to your door. Alternatively, the carrier may also ultimately deliver your package. It's a flat $3.75. For orders that are $49 or more, after all other deductions, your order ships free!

Please keep in mind that the shipping time estimates next to our Shipping options are estimates, and do not guarantee delivery in that number of days.

UPS and FedEx Ground
UPS and FedEx Ground Shipping is $5.75, $7.75, or $9.75, depending on your zip code, and only available for orders that are $49 or more, after all other deductions.

Please keep in mind that the shipping time estimates next to our Shipping options are estimates, and do not guarantee delivery in that number of days.

Expedited Shipping Options
Second Day and Next Day rates are calculated based on weight and distance. To learn more, please visit our shipping page.

USPS Shipping:
USPS Shipping is $7.75 with some exceptions, see below.

PO Boxes
We'll gladly ship your order to a PO Box address with USPS for $7.75.

Rural and Remote Zip Codes
For rural zip codes we're happy to ship your package with your preferred carrier for a $2.00 surcharge (Economy is excluded from this surcharge). For those living in remote zip codes your package will be shipped with USPS for $9.75. This is due to rural and remote area surcharges from the carrier.

Business Hours and Shipping Schedule
Weekday orders placed before 3:00 pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday, or on the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday or as soon as possible if we are experiencing high volume.

We do our best to provide estimated times in transit, but please note transit time vary by carrier and distance, delivery may be extended past estimated days in transit. Please allow ample time for your order to arrive.
