Works well. Doesn't leak. I love this for sun tea and overnight cold steep.

This is gonna see a lot of use this summer. Screws on nice and tight, to the point it feels risky to undo it to empty out the grounds. But when they say airtight, they mean airtight.

This pitcher is awesome! The mesh is very fine and well installed. The bottom of the infuser is unscrewable for super easy cleaning. Doesn't drip when laid on its side.

It does have one critical flaw: It creates a vacuum when pouring and so only pours a little at a time. This was fixed by drilling a very small hole on the ring beneath the clear lid, opposite the side where the spout is.

Although adagio responded to the previous reviewer, unscrewing or even removing the lid doesn't fix the problem. The mesh is so fine that the surface tension of the water within the mesh isn't broken, so air doesn't travel through the filter the way I imagine it was intended to. Either way, easy fix!

This is a staple in my fridge now. Now I always have quality iced tea whenever I want.
I like to use hot water to initially steep the dry tea, then add cold water to fill, then let sit in fridge overnight.
Easy to clean, and on the pouring issue, just pour at an angle l, like a waitress would at a restaurant:)

Awesome container I'm looking forward to using without my many many different types oof teas 🍵 and sharing this with my family and friends.

Love this pitcher. I have 2, a green and a black. One for green tea and one for black tea. I cold brew overnight and have iced tea at work all week. It's wonderful and they do not leak when set on their side. Great size and cleans easily!

I love this pitcher. I usually make my tea by the serving but this is great when I'm in the mood to share.

This is the perfect icedtea pitcher. It is so easy to use and clean and never spills even when my kids are using it.

I bought two and alternate them for cold brew iced tea. When I first got them I could lean them on their sides for storage but they leak now. It's probably me.

Great sized pitcher, I use it to cold brew iced tea. It seems pretty airtight though I haven't tested it too much. The sealing lid isn't very smooth when opening but thats very minor. I always wash all the components in the dishwasher and the seal seems to not be affected.

I feel like I only ever got this to seal properly once. It does what it says on the tin, but every time I think I had the top sealed it still dripped when I wanted to stand it on its side. Talk about a shame :(

Love this pitcher! It's so versatile and easy to clean. Been using it for tea for both myself and my roommate because my other smaller pitchers aren't big enough for more than a couple small cups, but this is enough for a couple days worth of tea for both of us. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or not twisting it hard enough but it does seem to leak when I lay it on its side.

I love this. I have a family of 5 and the fridge is always full so it's great to be able to lay something sideways and have it not leak.

I've been really happy with this pitcher! The size is great and fits nicely in my fridge (but I haven't tried it laying down). The infuser is very easy to clean, since it can pop out of the spout, and the bottom of the infuser screws off. This pitcher makes it incredibly easy to have iced tea on hand all the time, and I've certainly been doing that! Great way to get through my excessive stash, too, haha.

I purchased this at the same time as one of the glass pitchers, too - i think the perks of this one are the larger size and the easier-to-clean infuser. Screwing the bottom off is a lifesaver.

This is so easy to use. Fill up with water, drop two tea bags in the infuser and stick it in the fridge. It's easy to clean and the infuser comes apart for easy cleaning as well.

Solid, easy to use, and easy to disassemble for cleaning! I've been using it nonstop ever since it came in.

Just what I need to make it convenient to cold brew tea throughout the week. Now we never seem to run out of iced tea. Just keep in mind this pitcher is made for cold brewing only, and you can't put boiling water into it.

I love this pitcher, it's so nice. We have a smaller fridge and being able to lay this on its side under the middle shelf drawer where nothing else fits is really convenient.

I just love this pitcher. We made black tea in it and for over a week it stayed fresh, did not become bitter, and fits great in the refrigerator.

I absolutely love this pitcher. A perfect way to get me to drink 'water' (albeit sweetened and flavored). I am docking 1 star because if you do not get all the pieces lined up 'just right' it *will* leak and it is too tall to have standing in my fridge (taller than a gallon of milk).
Some teas and tisanes may take more leaf or more time, or both.

Making iced tea in this thing is perfect and easy.

I cannot live without this picture it makes everything so much easier and lovely

The pitcher is fine for brewing but it LEAKS when not kept upright. I would not have spent this amount of money if I had known it could not be stored as represented.

I have a few different devices to do this same task, I think I can make a good comparison. This one seems best for the tea, so far; very fine mesh filter on the 'pillar' running down the center; works well with loose tea.
Could use for coffee, too, I think. Fits in the refrigerator door.
I just don't like the lid. It has to go on 'just so' to close correctly - read 'flush' - basically, it depends where on the threads you start to twist it.

It really doesn't leak! It also is easy to wash and makes the bagged iced tea just the right strength

This pitcher is great, but it also took me some time to get used to it and how to use it. It does fit well into a fridge/ in a fridge door and makes very good iced tea - worth the purchase!

A great size and works just as advertised! I just ordered another with a green lid to have two kinds at once!

Love being able to bring it to pool because it is not glass. And love that we have the option to use your iced tea packs or use our own loose leaf in the diffuser.

Great pitcher. The air tight feature allows more storage options after grocery shopping day.

Very useful if you have a smaller refrigerator with limited shelf space, but would still like to enjoy a cup of iced tea each morning. One pitcher can easily last me throughout the week and as long as I took out the steeping cylinder it does not leak when placed on its side.

I love this pitcher, but it’s definitely not airtight. I have tried it on its side and it absolutely drips out, but not quickly so as long as it’s upright it’s great for bringing to parties.

Works very well and does not leak. My only issue is that it's hard to pour, esp when there's loose tea in the strainer still. But the strainer is easy enough to take out.

This is my second pitcher so I can have one for caffeine and one for caffeine free. The design is really fantastic.

This has been the best teaware purchase my household has made in the last few years. We love iced tea, especially cold brewed herbal teas, and this pitcher is a reliable infuser that can even be tipped and turned to redistribute the compacted teas or fruits so they can infuse more efficiently. Plus, I really appreciate that it is made from a shatter proof material! As much as I love glass teapots, mugs, French presses, etc. I have far too many memories of 'the day my beloved shattered'. We expect this pitcher will last a long time, but already plan to purchase another to ensure the fridge is always stocked with a tasty liquid refreshment!

Perfect for making the best cold brew ice tea. I live in Florida so I make a lot of ice tea and I make sure I have 2 of these babies and one is for backup, just in case of Tea emergencies. Lol The color black goes with my kitchen-dining room and the pitcher is made to perfection.

Love this pitcher!! It is sleek and fits great on the fridge door. I typically remove the infuser and just add an iced tea bag (or two if making a full pitcher) of my choice and fill it with 2 qts of water and have delicious tea by next morning! The lid is tight and indeed it doesn't leak even when you turn it upside down. I like having the infuser option for loose leaf tea when I want as well. It is worth the $!

Still utterly perfect for keeping tea in the fridge in tight spaces. Works well for all of my needs.

This is my third purchase of this pitcher. Yes. I Do love it that much! I love that it is slim can be laid down. It is portable with out worries of spills. It also make a perfect gift.
