Much like Simon himself, this is a very earthy yet lively tea. The chocolate chai is a very good, solid base with a warm, smooth flavour to support the other accents. The almond adds a nutty, almost earthy tone to the mix, the sweet juiciness of the berries a powerful counter point to give this mixture fresh life. Topped off with an accent of cinnamon to ad just a touch of spice, and this is truly a mixture that will have you thinking mountainous forests and monster hunting Belmonts.
