Even though Mr. Foyle almost always refuses the offer of tea, I thought he deserved his own: one with a lot of tradition, but no stodginess. Assam and Ceylon are teas often found in the standard cuppa; here they're found alongside chestnut (native to Sussex) and cocoa nibs, which would also pair nicely with Foyle's preferred Glenlivet.
