Shang was my favorite Disney 'prince' because he was hardworking, intense, and grumpy and I adore grumpy male characters. For Shang I chose some extremely smoky and deep flavours in the Lapsang Souchong and a little bit of smooth and sweet in the Pu Ehr. To round it off, I added just a hint of hojicha for warmth. I added cherries and red peppercorn to add a bit of sweetness, tart flavours, and a bit of bite.
