I've blended the Kukicha and Green Pekoe in the past...it was a splendid balance. I wanted to added a fruit essence and decided that tangerine might be a good start since it would provide a citrus base to add some kick balancing out the mild green tea's I chose to pair it with.
Moderate caffeine | Steep at 180° for 2 mins
