I included my favorite three teas and blended them in proportions that make a pleasurable, smooth flavored tea for any occasion. Apricot is a good fruit flavor without a cloying sweetness and it stands up well with the Earl Grey. I also chose a rooibos for its health benefits and the lovely flavor-texture it brings to the mix.

Apricot is a flavor that's always been associated with my earliest memories. I always loved fruit and the sweet-smooth flavor and texture of apricot was less tart and tangy than peaches or citrus. Add to that the mature darkness of Earl Grey and I feel like this blend represents that part of my personality that is an adult but refuses to completely grow up!
