This blend is sure to help you sleep, although hopefully not as long as Aurora does, because it has a base of Chamomile. The blend is mainly Chamomile which has a purported calming effect. Alongside the chamomile are blood orange tea and rooibos earl grey, both which are citrusy and delicious and add a much needed kick of flavor to the tea.

No caffeine | Steep at 212° for 5 minutes.
