ingredients & lore

blended with pu erh dante, lapsang souchong & assam melody

teas: pu erh dante, assam melody, lapsang souchong

accented with ginger

WALL-E works very hard, so I wanted to make a tea for somebody who is tired. Between black tea and ginger, it's sort of an energy drink. I started with the lapsang and the ginger and wasn't sure where to go from there, but then I remembered aged Pu erh tea and thought it'd fit the tea's character well. I tried it and was surprised by how well the smoky lapsang and mellow pu erh can work together. I hope you enjoy it! I recommend trying this lightly sweetened. I used crystalized ginger to test the blend and the hint of sweetness was great.
