Extremis Overload is a blend to get you back on your feet, and are especially helpful after an illness.
White Tea (Snowbud): Boosts immune system and helps to fight infection, heart health
Osmanthus: removes fatigue and improves appetite
Lemongrass (Lemon grass): calms nerves
Lemon Verbena: increases energy, relieves fatigue
It's a delicate blend with a strong floral fragrance
that pairs well with a bit of honey.
Low caffeine | Steep at 180° for 3 mins

I wanted to make fandom tea that didn't just taste great, but had some benefit to it as well. I used to work at a tea shop that specialized in herbal remedies, so I have a bit of experience to share. Tea doesn't just taste great, it can have some health benefits to it as well!
