Close your eyes and picture yourself in a warm, fragrant spring garden. The butterflies are in abundance with a gentle hum of bees and the chatter of happy birds. What could be nicer, than sharing a pot of tea with a friend in the garden. For this medium bodied tea, I themed it around a berry muffin and includes a vanilla oolong for lightness, black currant tea, black cranberry tea and accentuated with blueberries, apple pieces and choc chip for sweetness.
