Starting with a decaf Earl Grey base, the remaining flavors were chosen with cohesiveness and overall flavor profile in mind.Chamomile softens the whole blend, keeping it from becoming too intense, while lemongrass adds a brightness and freshness to the aroma and flavor. Ginger adds bite and spice to the tea, and all flavors pair especially well with the bergamot citrus of the Earl Grey.The spiciness and brightness of the flavors, combined with the decaffeinated base, allow for easy drinking, even late at night, without fear of sleeplessness or the jitters.

The America's WETLAND Foundation (AWF), established in Louisiana and working throughout the Gulf region, was founded in 2002 in response to a comprehensive coastal study calling on the need to alert the nation of the devastating loss of Louisiana's coastal wetlands and how the loss impacts the rest of the nation.
