Like the pink topaz for which she's named, this serpentine lady may wander to all manner of locations but she only has one origin. She's proud of her roots, proud of who she is, and - most importantly - willing to bite when her pack is threatened. Beneath the venom, though, she's sweet and kind, caring and compassionate. She's someone who'll tell you everything will be okay when you need to hear it most while not being afraid to call you on your transgressions if you're being a jerk. // A sweetly spicy blend of hibiscus, apricot, and hazelnut creme with a red peppercorn garnish for the girl who fights for the kindness this world so sorely lacks.
"You can't raise hell with a saint." ● From first glance, you think you know her. She's all sharp fangs and spicy tartness, a snake waiting for its chance to inject you with its venom and drag you down to the gates of hell. But if you get to know her, you'll see that she has a heart of gold - warm, sweet, comforting. She may be a Serpent, but she only strikes when it's earned. Give her a chance, and you may just realize how loving and loyal she is. ● Hibiscus provides a pinkish tinge to the blend, both dry and brewed. It's sweet yet bitter - savoury, with its flavour brought out by red peppercorns. These are the outward portions of our heroine's personality and appearance - the sharp fangs and bright pink hair. Beneath the surface, we have the rich yellows of apricot and marigold flowers, which provide a sweetness and a floral element. Further still, cinnamon and hazelnut round out the warmth and reinforce the spice. Together, they form something both savoury and sweet - loving and comforting on the inside yet fierce and spicy on the outside - not unlike the character for whom this was blended. ● Inspired by the CW show Riverdale, to which I have no association or affiliation. Created for personal enjoyment and to share love for the character Toni Topaz. This tea blend is not endorsed by anyone involved with Riverdale.
