Ah, Hugh Collins. This tea is disarmingly sweet, but that doesn't mean it isn't strong enough to get anyone through an afternoon of paperwork at City South. Ceylon teas flavored with coconut and chocolate predominate, with a vanilla-laced Earl Grey underneath. Scoops of cornflower blue recall the constable's uniform, and the tea is finished off with cocoa nibs that could be straight from Dot's kitchen.
