Although it seems to be one of those ingredients that engenders strong feelings, as it turns out I really like hibiscus tisanes. Many of the fruity blends are just a bit nondescript for my taste but this wild strawberry blend really works well. Fruity is good, but better with a bit of tangy goodness for my tastebuds.

I love Jasmine tea; I'm not really a fan of red Rooibos. But these are two flavor profiles that should really never meet. I just couldn't bring myself to finish the cup. I noticed that I disliked it last time, too. The Jasmine was so faint, I couldn't even tell it was jasmine.

2023 update: our taste buds do change over time, this is still not my favorite blend, however with a touch of pure stevia and poured over ice it is really quite enjoyable. The rose doesn't seem to taste so much like hand lotion anymore. Prior review: It is pleasant in its way, but the rose is really all I taste. I associate certain fragrances as culinary but rose is not one of them. It reminds me a bit too much of skin care products.

Although not always a fan of fruit tisanes, this one is delicious and refreshing. It makes a perfect iced tea without additions; even better with a touch of pure stevia.

Delicious and freshly tangy. This makes a great addition to other tea type to cut the sweetness of some fruit tisanes or add flavor to herbals. I enjoy mixing in a bit with my peppermint leaves for a cool, zingy iced beverage.

This is probably a very well rounded tea for many people; for my own personal tastebuds, I could not finish it. Generally, I like the flavor of cardamom, cinnamon and almond flavored teas but this one just does not work for me. It is probably the rooibos base that turned me off. I did give it an extended steep (15 minutes) to soften the rooibos, but no luck. However, each is different, so if you generally enjoy the ingredients, give it a try.

2023 update: I upped this from 4 to 5 stars. What can I say, I have grown to love it! (OLD REVIEW: This is a very good white tea; although the strawberry flavor is definitely in the background. I would not turn down a cup if offered but am more likely to order blueberry white instead. Regardless, if you enjoy strawberry without it knocking your socks off, this is a very good choice.)

A very good, slightly astringent Ceylon black tea with the flavor of oranges. If you're hoping for strong fruit flavor, the addition of Selefina orange peels with help; otherwise, it is a very mild flavor.

Generally the fruit tisanes are hit-or-miss with me. This one was quite pleasant hot with a bit of stevia. But it really was delightful over ice. I think I would be willing to drink this as an ice tea in the summer, without any complaint ;)

This one probably does the trick, but it is not really for me. I don't know if it's the Schisandra Berry or the Mullein Leaf, but something leaves me cold as the cup cools. I prefer Minty Comfort for flavor and respiratory relief.

As it turns out, I may be a ginger addict. I purchase the crystallized ginger from the Selefina site and snack on it right out of the bag. This Double Ginger tisane is equally potent and delicious, especially with the addition of red peppercorns. This is another favorite tea at bedtime, but also as a first cup to welcome the new day!

Moringa by itself is a bit nondescript to me, but this minty blend is delicious. I really enjoy this as the 'last cup of the day' flavorful and it won't keep me awake! I highly recommend this one.

Lemon Meringue Green is another very enjoyable desert-type tea from Adagio. The lemon is smoothed out by the creme flavoring and the cup is wonderful on its own, but even better with a bit of sweetener. I added a bit of pure stevia for a pure taste treat.

Some of the cherry flavored teas from Adagio are just to artificial for my taste, but this one blended with the almond flavor just works beautifully. I sweetened the cup with a bit of pure stevia (which I tend to do with most flavored teas to bring out the fruity or nutty elements a bit more). This one is a lovely desert style tea.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this Shou; it is so much more enjoyable the the very good Pu-Erh Dante and went into the order list immediately. It has the smooth (what my mind thinks of as flatness because the fermentation smooths out any astringency) finish of a good pu-erh and stands up to multiple steeps nicely. No fishiness and it did not need a rinse before the first steep. I recommend gongfu brewing for all of the pure teas from Adagio and this one certainly works beautifully that way.

Caffeine free teas are sometimes needed, and honeybush is delicious in general. This apricot flavored version is quite delicious!

Straight green rooibos is a soft, smooth if somewhat unassuming 'green' herbal that provided a very pleasant afternoon beverage, happily enjoyed after the daily caffeine cutoff time! I would drink this one again.

I was pleasantly surprised by white toasted coconut, I think the toasted aspect brings out a unique flavor that is very enjoyable. Coconut is a hit or miss for me but in this blend it is definitely a hit!

This is such a lovely green tea with just the gentle fruity flavor from the pomegranate. A wee bit of stevia brings out the sweetness even more.

For my personal taste, this would be a two-star, but in fairness it's an okay tea. Some will love it, some will hate it. For my experience, I bought a sample size and brewed a cup. The first few sips of the hot beverage were pretty good. But a little while later, after it had cooled the sips had lost their appeal and those little shrooms were taking center stage. I tried, but just couln't bring myself to finish it. Each time thereafter that I though about brewing another cup the primal memory just wasn't going to allow it. I passed it along to a friend.

This highly oxidized Taiwanese oolong is simply wonderful. It has a deep earthy minerality to it that holds up beautifully over multiple infusions, especially when brewing gongfu style. It's a lovely way to start an early morning with peace and tranquility in a cup.

Plain Ceylon tea is very good, but perhaps not quite as delicious as it's Chinese or Tiawanese counterparts. This decaf version is equally respectable.

A very good, fruity rooibos, perfect when steeped at 212 degrees for at least 15 minutes; I prefer 20. It's a good caffeine free alternative, perfect for afternoon or evening sipping.

This is a well balanced green tea / herbal blend with ginger, mint, licorice, and fennel. The licorice and ginger are not overwhelming and the fennel helps to balance the flavors. Mint rounds out the cup nicely.

A very enjoyable green tea with pleasant, balanced spices. Not as in-your-face as a chai, but warm and comforting. Be sure to steep it in the 140 to 160 degree range to get the best green flavor without the unpleasant grassiness that happens at higher temperatures

In spite of my misguided fingers this morning, they hit the thumbs down by mistake, I really like today's tea. Earl Gray Lavender is a very pleasant blend, it makes it respectable London Fog. It's also used in fandom blend, Magpie, along with Earl Grey Moonlight and Blackberry that makes an even better one.

Wonderful steeped at 212° for 20 minutes. It brings out the sweetness and mutes the woodiness of rooibos. The lemon enhances this tisane, which is very good hot and even better over ice.

Chocolate has always seemed an odd choice for tea (I always associate it as a coffee thing). However, if I am in the mood, I have come to enjoy a number of Adagio's chocolate blends. Chocolate Truffle is extra flavorful, I think, because of the chicory. Perhaps it adds a depth to the beverage that supports the chocolate really well. I would recommend this one.

Arabica teas usually go down the drain for me, but this one was actually potable. I think the Earl Grey flavorings really made it work. I did make it in a gaiwan, so less water and more leaf, and drank almost all of it hot, so it was very flavorful. The last drop had cooled and lost some of its charm. However, if you're a fan of the Arabica tea and the Earl, you'll probably really enjoy this one, too.
