Hi Alaine, I meant to contact you earlier to let you know that a day or two ago I knew I wanted something specific to drink, but couldn't quite decide what. Originally I had settled on one of my daughter's blends, but I couldn't get to it so I had your Ko-Jin Cocomint Cha instead, and I have to tell you, it was just what I needed. The mint and the chocolate was just perfect. I always enjoy this tea and always makes me happy. I just thought you should know. God bless...

Today's CommuniTea packet is fujian rain, a smooth oolong. I'm not always in the mood for oolong, but when I am, this is a nice one. Brewed in 12 ounces of 195-degree water for slightly over two minutes.

Today's CommuniTea packet is melonberry green with green tea, apple pieces, hibiscus, strawberry and watermelon flavors, and strawberries. I cold brewed it and it was okay, but neither the watermelon nor strawberry was very pronounced. I had a pitcher of iced peppermint mint tea, so I mixed the melonberry with peppermint and it improved. For me, most things improve with peppermint. :-) I might try it again to see if more tea per serving improves the flavor. Cold brewed in 12 ounces of water for about 12 hours, then mixed half and half with peppermint tea.

Today's CommuniTea packet was green rooibos citron, made with green rooibos tea, orange, marigold flowers, mango pieces, apricots, and orange and lemon flavors. It smells very citrusy, but after cold brewing it, the taste didn't necessarily keep up, so I added a shot of orange juice. :-) Cold brewed in 12 ounces of water overnight, with a fine-mesh strainer.

Today's CommuniTea packet is citron green with green tea, orange, marigold flowers, and lemon and orange flavors. It would undoubtedly make a cold brew too, but I had it hot today and it was very orange & lemony. Bright and refreshing. Brewed in 12 ounces of 180-drgree water for about two and a half minutes.

Today's CommuniTea packet is Golden Monkey or Jin Hou. I took someone's advice and put the packet together with an equal amount of Genetic Jigsaw Puzzle, a black tea blend with ginger, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, cocoa nibs, and cinnamon, creme and chocolate flavors. I added three cups of 195-degree water and then iced the whole thing, making for a lightly seasoned iced chai. Very nice!

Today's CommuniTea packet was key lime herbal with hibiscus, rose hips, apple pieces, orange and key lime pie flavor. I love key lime pie, but I tasted more hibiscus than I did lime in this. But as with lots of fruit tisanes, it made a refreshing cold brew. Cold brewed in 10 ounces of water for about eight hours.

Today's CommuniTea packet was dewy cherry with rose hips, hibiscus, apple pieces, wild cherry flavor and cherries. It smelled more like cherries, while hibiscus seemed the primary flavor. It was a refreshing cold brew, though a bit tart, and a really pretty color. Cold brewed in 12 ounces of water for about 10 hours.

Today's CommuniTea packet is Thai tea with black and honeybush tea, apple pieces, cardamom, coconut, safflower, and vanilla and coconut flavors. I'm not a big coconut fat, but I like the cardamon with it. It's more aroma than taste, however. A couple reviews mentioned lemongrass. I might like adding some the next time. Pleasant tea, but not necessarily exciting. Brewed in 195-degree water for three minutes.

Today's CommuniTea packet is rooibos. Red rooibos, like in today's packet, has been oxidized. Green rooibos, otoh, has not, somewhat similar to black and green tea. If, like me, you don't particularly like red rooibos, you may want to try some green before writing rooibos off entirely. It also tastes differently when cold than hot. It brews to a reddish color, and generally does better with a very fine infuser or strainer, unless you like speckled tea. Cold brewed in 12 ounces of water for three hours. (Yeah, I know. But the weaker rooibos is, the happier I am. :-) )

Today's CommuniTea packet is coconut tea with black tea, coconut flavor and coconut. It smells strongly of coconut when you open the packet and I had visible coconut pieces. The coconut recedes a little when brewed. I didn't dislike drinking this, but I don't know that it's something I'd rush out to buy on its own either. If you're a coconut fan, you may adore it. Brewed in 12 ounces of 195-degree water for about two and a half minutes.

Today's CommuniTea packet is dragon fruit dream with apple pieces, rose hips, hibiscus, lemon verbena, orange, dragonfruit flavor, dragonfruit, pineapple pieces, strawberries, marigold flowers, rose petals. The packet smells very fruity, and it brews to a pretty pink color. The hibiscus helps keep it from becoming too sweet. Cold brewed in 10 ounces of water for 12 hours.

Today's CommuniTea packet is fuzzy naval with white and rooibos tea, apple and mango pieces, orange, hibiscus, peach and orange flavors and marigolds. I really like white tea, not so much rooibos, but I find it a bit more palatable when cold brewed. I love contrasting colors, which this tea supplies, and it smells very fruity in the packet. I didn't find it as fruity when steeped. If you find yourself sipping this saying, it's okay, but what is it I'm tasting?, it's probably the rooibos. :-) Cold brewed in 12 ounces of water in a finum infuser for about 10 hours.

Today's CommuniTea packet is daydream, with orange, hibiscus, rooibos tea, peppermint leaves, licorice, lemon balm, lavender, passion flowers, milk thistle and marigold flowers. I love colorful tea and this wasn't just pretty in the packet. It brewed to a lovely red shade overnight in the refrigerator. It was a bit on the tart side, but there's mint and no chamomile, so a tea I can cope with. Even the rooibos behaved and stayed in the background. Cold-brewed in 12 ounces of water overnight and ten some, maybe 12 hours.

Today's CommuniTea packet is cherry green with green tea, wild cherry flavor, rose petals and cherries. It smelled strongly of cherries in the packet and I was afraid it would taste like cough drops, but the cherry mellowed considerably when it was brewed. Not my favorite tea, but nice as something different. It might be better cold, but I forgot to brew ahead. Steeped in 12 ounces of 180-degree water for two and a half minutes.

Today's CommuniTea packet is pu-erh tahiti, which is made with pu-erh tea, rose hips, coconut, rose petals, raspberries, apple and mango pieces, and papaya and coconut flavors. I love visually appealing tea and this one gets full marks, both in colors and and the different shapes and consistencies. I always rinse pu-ehr on principle and and both lower the temperature and cut the steeping time, otherwise I find that it's a little too earthy for me. I brewed in 12 ounces of 195-degree for about two and three-quarter minutes. It was smooth and not too strong for me, always a good thing.

Today's CommuniTea packet was citrus mint green with green tea, spearmint leaves, lemon grass, lemon verbena, orange, marigold flowers, and lemon and orange flavors. I love all things minty and lemony, but I know from experience that this one is a bit mild for me, so I added about an half teaspoon of peppermint as well. So refreshing! Cold brewed in 14 ounces of water for about 10 hours with some extra peppermint added.

Today's CommuniTea packet was citrus mate with yerba mate tea, orange, lemon and orange flavors, and marigolds. I'm not really fond of mate, and I'm reasonably congested with allergies, so this was doubtful going in. I poured an ounce or two of cool water over the leaves and then added 165-degree water to make 11 ounces overall, and let it steep for about three minutes. After I removed the infuser basket, I added about an ounce or so of orange juice to increase the citrus flavor. The orange juice undoubtedly helped and gave me some vitamin C, but it wasn't a drink I'd go out of my way to repeat. If you like mate in the first place, definitely give it a try.

Today's CommuniTea packet was green rooibos paradiso, made with green rooibos tea, apple, coconut, pineapple, rose petals, coconut and pineapple flavors, and hibiscus. Cold brewed, it was light and refreshing. I'm not a 'tropical drink' aficionado, but I found this pleasant. If you love your piña coladas, this might be your tea of choice, maybe with an extra shot of pineapple juice. Or hey, maybe even a shot of rum. :-) Cold brewed in 12 ounces of water in the refrigerator for about 10 hours.

Today's CommuniTea packet is raspberry tea, made with black tea, raspberry flavor, raspberries and raspberry leaves. I love raspberries, but Adagio's black tea fruit blends are hit or miss with me. I went for a lower-temp quick steep and it was okay, better when I added some extra freeze-dried raspberries. Some cocoa nibs might be an interesting add-on for those who like chocolate and raspberries. Steeped in 12 ounces of 195-degree water for a little more than two & half minutes.

Today's CommuniTea packet is white tropics with white tea, rose petals, and pineapple and coconut flavors. A nice white tea with pineapple and coconut. Quite refreshing cold, which I recommend rather than hot. Cold brewed in 12 ounces of water overnight.

Today's CommuniTea packet was Cha Cha, with lemon grass, chamomile and peppermint. I love lemon grass and peppermint, together or separately, but no matter how diligently you work to remove the chamomile, it can't be done. Those pesky little buds break into a million pieces and take over everything. Many people love chamomile, and if you're one of them, you'll probably like this. But don't think you can remove it. Can't be done. 😢 Steeped with as much chamomile removed as I could manage in 10 ounces of 200-degree water for two minutes.

Today's CommuniTea packet is chili lime green, made with green tea, chili pepper, lemon grass, apple pieces, coconut, orange, key lime pie flavor, safflower and coconut flavor. This tea is a puzzle. I love spicy food and I love all the ingredients in this tea, but I don't like them together. I have a feeling that I might like it in the right blend with something, but so far it has escaped me what that may be. Cold brewed in 12 ounces of water overnight. Trying to figure out if there is something I can add to make it better for me.

Today's CommuniTea packet was hibiscus, made with black tea, hibiscus, and hibiscus flavor. This past week has beena cold-brew bonanza for CommuniTea, with many of the blends doing better for me cold. It was okay on it own, but I probably prefer hibisscus blended with fruit, making a lovely sweet-tart medley. Cold-brewed for eight hours in 12 ounces of water and then after I tasted it on its own, mixed in with some blood orange. Yum!

Today's CommuniTea packet is Gemini, one of Adagio's zodiac blends. It's made of white tea, apricots, rose hips, peach flavor, apple pieces, rose petals and marigold flowers. This is one of my favorite zodiac teas. A really lovely white tea with peaches and apricots. I love it hot and cold. Brewed in 12 ounces of 180-degree water for three minutes.

Today's CommuniTea packet is Conga, with black tea, orange, apple and mango pieces, raspberry leaves, raspberries, marigold flowers, and mango, pomegranate and orange flavors. I've been on a cold brew kick, and it worked pretty well for this. It was one of those packets that smelled fruitier than it tasted, but it wasn't bad. Something I'd be willing to drink again. Cold-brewed for about 10 hours in 12 ounces of water.
May 17th '22
Today's CommuniTea packet is calypso green, made of green tea, apple pieces, coconut, orange, marigold flowers, mango pieces, and coconut, peach, passionfruit and orange flavors. This is a lovely iced tea, but I'm not as sure that I'd like it hot. Tropical flavors scream cold brew to me. :-) Cold brewed in 12 ounces of water in the refrigerator for way too long, but it still turned out nice.
May 14th '22
Today's CommuniTea packet is fruit medley, made with rose hips, hibiscus, apple pieces, strawberries, orange, strawberry and wild cherry flavors, lemon grass and marigold flowers. It's been a cold brew week for me, and today was more of the same, but this time because I prefer cold strawberries to warm. As a cold drink, the fruitiness really gets a chance to shine in my opinion and it's very refreshing, with the tartness of the hibiscus adding to that nicely. Cold brewed in 12 ounces of water in the refrigerator for about 15 hours.
May 13th '22
Today's CommuniTea packet is rooibos mango with rooibos tea, mango flavor, apple pieces, mango pieces and marigold flowers. I saw more marigold than fruit, and while I like mango, I dislike rooibos, so it was another cold brew for me. Chilling often taps down the rooibos a bit, but it doesn't work quite as well for a tea that almost all rooibos. But hey, it's cool, refreshing and more or less drinkable. If you like fruity rooibos, you'll probably love it. Cold brewed in 12 ounces of water overnight.
May 10th '22
Today's CommuniTea packet is mambo, made with yunnan jig tea and wuyi ensemble tea. A very good black tea. I kept it weaker than many others probably would, but each of us like what we like, and I enjoyed drinking it. Brewed in 12 ounces of 200-degree water for about two and a half minutes.

Today's CommuniTea packet is mamma mia, made with fennel seed, aniseed, coriander, lemon verbena, chamomile flowers, peppermint leaves and fenugreek. I'm not a chamomile fan, but I gave this to my daughter when she was expecting and she thought it was lovely.

Today's CommuniTea packet is blueberry, made with black tea, blueberry flavor, raspberry leaves and blueberries. I love blueberries and Adagio has so many great blueberry teas. I like the lower-caffeine decaf & white blueberry teas a smidge more, but this one is great as well. Steeped in 12 ounces of 200-degree water for just under three minutes.

Today's CommuniTea packet is berry blues, made with hibiscus, rose hips, apple pieces, blueberry flavor and blueberries. While I've had it and like it hot, it makes a really lovely iced drink for summer. Usually I cold brew it, about 10 g per 32 ounces of water in the refrigerator over night. Very refreshing.
