	Not as impressive as I'd hoped. Has a strong fermented fruity flavor, and a bit of smokiness underneath. Not really enjoying it... I added honey.

	Extremely subtle and delicate. I added honey and I think it overpowered the peppery-ness it's supposed to have. The fermentation is noticeable, but the floral honey flavor is what comes through overall for me.

	This is one of my very faves!!! It tastes genuine, not like the fake peach flavoring you find in various things that claim to be peach. It's not too strong a flavor either, it's just right. Will be buying this again and again!
