	If Earl Grey Moonlight is dessert and grown-up-ness in a cup, this is dessert with a big pile of whipped cream. Lovely, creamy, and heady.

	Is it weird to down-grade a tea because it's toasty, malted profile was exactly as advertised? I think the problem really was more me and less the tea. It was a good deal stronger in character than I expected, but if you're looking for a green tea with a strong, woody body and a character that might even remind you of a pu-erh, this is for you.
