Can you try to dupe the Raspberry Balsamico? I'm in agony trying to replace it! You are doing a great job!

Vegetal, grassy, seaweed and spinach. I've tried sencha from many different places and I just cannot get on board with it. That doesn't necessarily mean this is a bad sencha. It just means it's not my cup of tea.

Light, bright, and citrusy. This tea definitely comes through on the 'tangerine' taste. When steeping it hot I used water just starting to bubble. When cold brewing I left in the fridge for about 6 hours. Both ways were very enjoyable.

I was really worried because I opened up my pouch and it smelled strongly of pickles. I was afraid this would have a strong, acidic taste. However, when I made the tea, it was much cooler and smoother. It definitely carried out the 'cucumber' taste. I cold brewed this tea for 5 hours and definitely recommend that method of brewing.

Jasmine pearls are one of my favorite green teas. They're floral and smooth and a relaxing treat (3 mins @ 185°F)

Flavorless and very good quality. A great ingredient to dye your food/tea with. And in case you didn't know, the blue changes to purple when you add acid

Brigadoon breakfast is different from most of your other breakfast teas. The assam in this tea is not overpowering. It's less of a malty tea. The incense-like aroma and smokey flavor of the keemun melds with the vegetal & floral silver needle to bring a flavor that is as unique as the village it's named after. This is no builder's brew tea. This is a treat yo self tea. I tried cold brewing this tea for ~12 hours. I was surprised to find it had very prevalent chocolate notes without the sweetness. I was not expecting that at all given the teas that are used to blend it. Definitely a pleasant surprise. (5 mins @ 180°F)

Great teas! Love them. And I love all the little samples and extras.
