	I've been eyeing this elusive brew for many moons over the past year. Stars aligned and I was finally able to get my hands on it this month, and it was worth the long wait. This is a fragrant Earl Grey blend with touches of cream and coconut. A smooth cuppa with cream-and-jam notes, and perfect for 'London Fog' type lattes. I added a touch of vanilla creamer and was pleased.

	These sugar crystals look like raw jewels or amber freshly washed up on a foreign beach. Because of the concentrated nature, you can use less than regular raw sugar or plain white sugar. An elegant treat for that special cuppa.
