On first extraction the color stands out to me - a cloudy purple... kind of like storm clouds actually. The flavor is mellow, soft, and the strawberry doesn't immediately come forward. Overall, the tea is okay. Good if you really like white teas with subtle flavorings. I definitely am going to experiment with brew times though. Not sure if 3 minutes was enough. I know that giving my own blend an 'ok' probably doesn't say a whole lot about my skills as a tea blender, but I think I'm going to leave the blend alone because while it's not really my thing, it was actually pretty good. I found out I'm not the biggest fan of white teas - something in the mouth-feel I guess? I love the flavor though and this blend does exactly what I asked: bring to mind a rainy day with a hint of romance. (3 mins @ 195°F)
