Hi Allison, the book club is pretty laid back. We meet the third Thursday of the month. We all just recommend books so we do not have a single genre. Sometimes it is based off one of the fandom blends or it is just one someone want to read or has read and wants to share with us. If you are interested, If you send me your email. I will add you to the mail list where i list the future books and zoom link.

We're drinking this one iced and it is pretty good. To maintain its body, it needs a couple of extra teaspoons during the second steep. It is very pineapple forward and sweet. I wonder if it might be nicely mixed with Pina Colada tea. I'm trying that next. (5 mins @ 212°F)

This has such an interesting flavor. I'm not a coffee drinker and was worried about how arabica might mimic coffee. It didn't and I really enjoy this one both hot and cold. (10 mins @ 212°F)

White Eternal Spring became an instant favorite. It makes a lovely iced tea for drinking with dinner. I cannot wait until Adagio gets the big bags in stock again. I never want to be without this one. I make the tea the way I make all iced teas (2 tsp per cup, resteep without adding more tea, chill). I never dilute with water or ice. You should try this one. (3 mins @ 180°F)

The first time I tried this tea, it wasn't an instant favorite as I had hoped. Since then, I started steeping the tea from cold water and leaving it in the fridge with the bags in tact. It has made the tea much stronger and tastier. The color is divine. It is fun to look through the glass toward the sunlight because the color is so striking. Although I worry what might happen if I were to spill on the carpet. Would it stain like red wine?

I am so surprised that I love this tea as much as I do. It is berry delicious. I usually make it iced ( 2 tsp per cup), steeped twice with no need for additional tea before chilling. We don't dilute our tea with extra water or ice and the flavor is mild and beautiful. I'm glad I found this one! (5 mins @ 212°F)

This is such a refreshing tea. My grown children adore it and are so happy when they see it ready in the fridge. I use 2 tsp per cup in my Ingenuitea and steep it for 5 mins and then resteep. Typically, I don't add additional tea to the resteep and the taste comes through strong and clear! (5 mins @ 212°F)
