Our standard low cost/free shipping method is FedEx SmartPost. With this service FedEx brings your package to your local area, where USPS makes the final delivery. It's a flat $3.75.
FedEx Ground Shipping is $5.75 and USPS Shipping is $7.75. Please keep in mind that the shipping time estimates next to our Ground Shipping options are estimates, and do not guarantee delivery in that number of days.

We’ll gladly ship your order to a PO Box address with USPS for $7.75. FedEx delivery services cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Weekday orders placed before 3:00 pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday, or on the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
Please note, order processing may be delayed a day or two due to COVID-19, and carriers are experiencing delivery delays due to high volume.
If your order was not able to be delivered and the carrier returned it to us, we'll email you as soon as the package arrives back to our warehouse. Our 'order returned - update address' email that we'll send you contains instructions for correcting the address and reshipping your order, or canceling it and receiving a refund.
Strange Routing | Slow Speed - With SmartPost shipments, you may follow your package updates and notice that it has gone a strange way, or seemingly away from your address during its journey. These packages must be sorted through certain facilities, and this may be why you see a strange direction on your tracking details. This process may also add additional transit days to your order. Be assured once sorted, it will arrive soon.
We gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail service. The only caveat is that the shipping fee is higher at $7.75 per order.

We happily deliver to Canada and offer free shipping on orders of $49 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping fee is only $9.75. Orders placed before 3 PM ship the same business day Monday-Friday, and arrive within 3-8 days, depending on location. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends ship the next business day. There are no hidden duties or taxes. Please give our fresh, artisan teas a try!
We gladly ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. The only caveat is that the shipping fee is higher. Since Fedex is not a viable option, we must ship these orders with Priority Mail, a more expensive option that necessitates a $9.75 fee per order.
Missing your order? Take a deep breath and
shoot us an email with your order number, and we'll gladly assist. First we ask that you check to ensure your order was sent to the correct address.
We'll happily help file a claim with the carrier. Often times, the package is left in a place that may not be overly apparent to prevent it from 'walking away.' Or the package may be left with a neighbor for safekeeping. If this isn't the case, we will happily send a replacement to you.
We ship orders to most countries using Priority Mail International. Deliveries outside the United States typically arrive within 1-2 weeks. Shipping rates are automatically calculated in checkout based on weight and distance. To see an estimate of what these charges may be for your country, please use our

Once your order ships, your
order history page will contain its tracking details. This info also appears on the right hand side of all our pages, provided you haven't logged out. Click 'track' for more info.
International shipments and sent with DHL Global Mail, and are delivered by your local mail carrier. If a delivery attempt had been made, but the package could not be delivered, then it will reside at your local post office, where you may pick it up anytime.
Additional taxes or duties may be due upon delivery.
Orders within the contiguous United States of $49 or more qualify for free ground shipping with FedEx SmartPost - a service by which FedEx delivers your package to your local USPS office, which carries out the final delivery. This promotion may not be combined with others, including our Frequent Cups points, or used with PO Boxes. As such, Frequent Cups or other promotional certificates do not count towards the total required to earn free shipping. If you're using a points certificate and wish to receive free shipping, be sure the net total (not including the certificate) exceeds $49.
Promotional Free Shipping offers may not be combined with other offers or promotions, including discounts and Loyalty Points certificates.
You may easily exchange your loyalty points for free SmartPost shipping. To do so, please visit your
Rewards page and look for the 'free shipping' reward.
SmartPost shipping works with physical addresses in the contiguous US only, excluding AK, HI, PO and APO boxes.
We aim to carefully package your selections to ensure they survive the grueling handling in transit. Despite these efforts, you may receive a damaged item. If that happens, please visit the
returns & claims page to begin the process of arranging its return and/or replacement. If you have any questions, we are happy to help via

Shipping to multiple addresses? Please enter these orders separately. We unfortunately can't split an order among multiple addresses. Nor do multiple orders count towards our offer of free Ground shipping.

We ship primarily with FedEx and USPS. If the days-in-transit figure indicates that the order will be delivered on a Saturday, we may ship your order with Fedex as USPS does not offer this service.
Orders that are under a certain weight, or that can't be delivered by Fedex are sent through USPS. This includes orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international locations. Tracking details are provided in all cases.
We have also recently been utilizing Fedex SmartPost as our introductory level shipping option, in an attempt to expedite shipping while lowering shipping costs for our customers. With Fedex SmartPost, Fedex brings your package to the nearest USPS facility, and then USPS completes the delivery. If the tracking information shows your package being transferred from Fedex to USPS, this is why.

FedEx SmartPost is our low/no coast shipping option, but carries the longest time-in-transit of 3-8 business days. FedEx or USPS Ground estimates shipping days based on location to our warehouse. The number of days next to our Ground Shipping options are estimates only, and do not guarantee delivery in that number of days.
FedEx Second Day aims to arrive on the 2nd business day after the order is processed. FedEx Next Day arrives the business day after the order is processed. Please refer to our
