While having a well-brewed cup of a perfect tea is a really special treat itself, there are still so many other treats we all love to enjoy. Unfortunately, we know those other treats aren't always an option for everyone. We might just be able to help with that!
The more we understand how diet affects our health, the more restrictive diets we see. The most restrictive may only be temporary, but they don't take away the days where the best-sounding thing in the world is warm, nutty banana bread.
While we can't advise what will work with your diet, we are happy let you know our teas are free of many things often excluded from these diets. That is, our teas are free of dairy, gluten, and nuts. In most cases, our teas are also soy-free, sugar-free, and vegan!
