Flavorful, sweet Rooibos blended with a minty-smooth mixture of peppermint and spearmint. I blended and brewed with painstaking pickiness until I found the perfect percentages and the perfect brew time - 7 minutes. This tea is a triple whammy for upset tummies and is also great as a calming after dinner beverage. This is a new favorite of mine - hope it becomes one of yours too!

According to recent research, Rooibos' health benefits cannot be ignored. This blend was first concocted after reading that Rooibos was effective for upset tummies. I know that mint also has that ability, so I gave my tummy the triple whammy! And... it worked! After that, I played with the blend to make it as tasty as possible and, voila!, Rooibos - Mint Medley was born.
