Jay Gatsby amasses a fortune to win back Daisy, who turned him away for being poor. He has lavish 1920s parties at his mansion, hoping she will come. Gatsby's neighbor Nick, Daisy's cousin, re-introduces the two. Despite being Mrs. Tom Buchanan, Daisy spends time with Gatsby. Driving Gatsby's car, Daisy accidently hits Tom Buchanan's mistress. The grieving widower kills Gatsby. Tom and Daisy Buchanan retreat into their money and leave others to clean up the mess. Nick decides New York is not for him. Largely Earl Grey Bravo to represent wealth and position so important to Daisy, this blend also includes Irish Breakfast as a nod to Gatsby's more common beginnings. An accent of lavender, a flower like Daisy, is included. A bit of Vanilla represents the low-drama character in the book, Nick. Part of the fandom, "A Cup of Condensed Classics."
